How we use cookies

Third Parties

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help us analyze how visitors use the Site so that we can improve our website and your experience. Google Analytics may collect your IP address or device identifier on the date you visit the Site, your general location, and the web pages you visit. For example, the information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored on a Google server. Google uses this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on site activity for us, and providing us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Pixel tags and web beacons

Pixel tags and web beacon technologies provide information about how you interact with the Site. For example, they can be used to determine which buttons you click on our website. These technologies may communicate with servers to obtain and relay information about the IP address being used to access the Site and information about your browser. This information will be used to improve the Site and your experience visiting the website.

ELEMENTAL values the protection of your personal and non-personal information and respects your right to understand how it is gathered and used.  The following provides further information on the Site, the information it gathers, when that information is collected, and the retention and protection of your information by third-parties used by the Site.​

The Site was built using the Squarespace Website Building platform.  For information on how Squarespace gathers, retains, and protects data please refer to the Squarespace Privacy Policy.

Google email (Gmail) is used to communicate information entered on the Site web form on the "Connect” web page.  For details on how Google protects your information entered on that form please review Google's Privacy Policy.

Personal Data

Personal data is defined by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as any information that directly or indirectly identifies or is identifiable to you as a natural person.  Personal data includes information such as your name, address, e-mail, telephone number or IP address.

This website uses font files from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display this site to you, servers where the font files are stored may receive personal information about you, including information about your browser, network, or device and your IP address. The Site uses a web form to allow visitors to contact the Company. This form requires visitors to provide contact information [first name, last name, email address).  Contact information from the form is used by the Company and will not be shared with any third party except for those used to electronically store form information.

Please be aware that we may use third-party cloud service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services pursuant to standard terms and conditions that may be nonnegotiable; these service providers have informed us or the general public that they apply security measures they consider adequate for the protection of information within their system, or they have a general reputation for applying such measures. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16 though, as we don’t gather personal data pertaining to a visitor’s age, we cannot prevent minors from accessing the Site.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the Site, your information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar of your web browser and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of each web page.  The connection to the Site is encrypted using a security certificate (SSL) from Let’s Encrypt. The certificate provides 2048-bit SSL encryption on all pages and authenticates using TLS version 1.2.

Any information gathered by Google Analytics is protected as per their Data privacy and security documentation.
